Koi are the ultimate pond fish and grow to 24” plus, displaying beautiful sleek lines and stunning colours.

It is a myth that Koi need clear water to survive. Their natural habitat is exactly the same as the original common carp and that is a muddy clay pond. However, they do require good water quality and because they eat a lot and make a mess, this is generally best achieved with good filtration.

However, they make a lovely addition to larger natural garden ponds and our koi will survive very well in this environment.
