We have had a series of sucessful spawnings of butterfly Koi last year which has allowed us to sell some extras.

They are approximately 1-2" (3cm roughly) and they will be a mix of smaller butterfly Koi. These are a mix of Showa, Sanke, Doitsu Sanke, Yamotonishiki, Shusui and Hariwake offspring. They will only be graded for any obvious deformities or poor body shape. We will not grade the best out before sending them. Please note although these are all bred from Butterfly Koi broodstock a pecentage may still end up being standard fin fish.

It is exceptionally important that Koi fry are kept in optimum conditions if you hope to have success in bringing them through to maturity. They will need to be kept away from larger fish and in a mature tank or system that can adequately break down the waste that they produce.
