Colombo Cytofex is effective against external bacterial infections such as ulcers, fin rot and hole disease.

Cytofex contains 3 active ingredients, all based on natural raw plant materials, with proven anti-bacterial effects:

1. Tea Tree Oil (Melaleuca alternifolia), which is used frequently to treat bacteria and fungi in both humans and animals
2. Extract of the bark of the Pau d'Arco tree (Tabebuia avellanedae) from South-America, of which Lapachol, a known antibacterial agent, is the main component.
3. Iceland moss (Cetraria islandica) which contains Cetrarin, widely known for its capacity to kill bacteria on fish.

Dosage: 1ml per 30 litres of pond water for 3 consecutive days.
